Light a candle for the innocent victims of online child abuse

Image
The campaign was launched with the objective of lighting the first million candles in less than 4 months. Thanks to worldwide support, this was achieved in less than 60 days. The campaign continues to gain momentum and thanks to your continuing support awareness is building fast. However, this is just the first step towards eradicating the commercial viability of child pornography. We must continue to reveal the shocking facts and get people to take action. the more candles we light, the more powerful our voice becomes.

Chinese Beatbox

This is what Wieden+Kennedy Studio said about the movie clip: Here is a trailer from W+K Shanghai's Feng Liu. He discovered this small city in Northern China by the border of North Korea which fell in love with beat boxing. This is about a young beat box trio who later W+K brings to Shanghai for their first big city on-stage performance. Our encourgement for our staff to personally dig deep into the culture of art, music, design and youth has given the office wonderful insights and our own creative content. This curiosity and sense of personal exploration has helped brand the office as a place of inspiration, without depending on our clients. The full documentary is to come and W+K Shanghai will negotiate for a proper media release. Via: Wieden+Kennedy Studio

Sony Blu-ray

Here’s Brett Foraker’s new Sony Blu-ray Disc commercial. The advert was filmed on location in Hungary within a working industrial chimney, with all shots taken in the absence of any form of natural light. A bank of lasers capture the action of gladiators battling futuristic robo-cops and suped-up motor cars being dropped from a sheer height (hence the industrial chimney). zZz is playing: Grip

zZz is playing: Grip is a video for the band zZz. Its a one take, top shot videoclip with trampoline gymnasts simulating typical video effects. The video has been recorded live as part of the opening 'Nederclips' at the Stedelijk museum 'S-Hertogenbosch SM'S (curated by Bart Rutten). The project was commissioned by the TAX-videoclipfonds and an important criteria was that the audience of the opening was be able to witness the whole shoot, another criteria was that it should be added to the exhibition imediately after the shoot was done. So we had no option to reshoot or edit if something went wrong. This made us so focussed that we did better that any of us have could imagined. Thanks to Edu for the tip.
